A welcome change of pace. Gnocchi is mouth-watering as an appetizer or an entrée. Crafted from potatoes and flour, with a gentle touch, potato gnocchi is a treat with your favorite pomodoro sauce, a creamy basil pesto sauce, or tossed with melted butter.
Throughout the years, we have remained loyal to our original recipes, using only the best, most natural ingredients. In an age of chemical preservatives and artificial flavoring subsititutes, this is something we find most important to maintain.
1. Do not defrost. If any gnocchi are frozen together, firmly hit against a hard surface to seperate.
2. Place gnocchi in 3-4 quarts (per bag) of rapidly boiling, salted water.
3. Stir until all gnocchi rise to the surface.
4. When second boil occurs and all gnocchi have risen, cook uncovered (stirring frequently) for 3-5 minutes, or until desired tenderness.
5. Drain and serve with sauce.
