Bigger isn't always better! Our bite size ravioli are packed with all the rich flavor of their larger counterparts, and kids love them.
Throughout the years, we have remained loyal to our original recipes, using only the best, most natural ingredients. In an age of chemical preservatives and artificial flavoring subsititutes, this is something we find most important to maintain.
1. Do not defrost. If any ravioli are frozen together, do not seperate.
2. Place ravioli gently in 4 quarts (per dozen) of slowly boiling water.
3. Stir continuously and carefully until all ravioli rise to the surface.
4. After all ravioli have risen, allow to simmer at a gentle boil for 15-20 minutes or until desired tenderness.
5. Drain and serve with sauce.
