Available in a 13 oz. and 42 oz. bag

Made of flour, fresh eggs, and a touch of creamy ricotta cheese, this shell-shaped pasta simply melts in your mouth. Enjoy cavatelli as an appetizer or an entrée, with a variety of sauces.

Throughout the years, we have remained loyal to our original recipes, using only the best, most natural ingredients. In an age of chemical preservatives and artificial flavoring subsititutes, this is something we find most important to maintain.

Cooking Instructions

1. Do not defrost. If any cavatelli are frozen together in the bag, firmly hit against a hard surface to separate.

2. Place cavatelli in 3-4 quarts (per bag) of rapidly boiling, salted water.

3. Stir until all cavatelli rise to the surface.

4. When second boil occurs and all cavatelli have risen, cook uncovered (stirring frequently) for 5-7 minutes or until desired tenderness.

5. Drain and serve with sauce.
