Portobello Mushroom and Wine Ravioli

Creamy impastata ricotta cheese, Portobello mushrooms, wine and herbs fill these gourmet ravioli that will season your palate with every savory mouthful.

Throughout the years, we have remained loyal to our original recipes, using only the best, most natural ingredients. In an age of chemical preservatives and artificial flavoring subsititutes, this is something we find most important to maintain.

Cooking Instructions

1. Do not defrost. If ravioli are frozen together do not seperate.

2. Place frozen ravioli gently in 4 quarts (per dozen) of slowly boiling water.

3. Stir continuously and carefully until all ravioli rise to the surface.

4. After all ravioli have risen, allow to simmer at a gentle boil for 15-20 minutes or until desired tenderness.

5. Drain and serve with sauce.
