Throughout the years, we have remained loyal to our original recipes, using only the best, most natural ingredients. In an age of chemical preservatives and artificial flavoring subsititutes, this is something we find most important to maintain.

Cooking Instructions

1. Do not defrost. If any tortellini are frozen together in the bag, firmly hit against a hard surface to seperate.

2. Place tortellini in 3-4 quarts (per bag) of rapidly boiling, salted water.

3. Stir until all tortellini rise to the surface.

4. When second boil occurs and all tortellini have risen, cook uncovered (stirring frequently) for 8-12 minutes, or until desired tenderness.

5. Drain and serve with sauce. Great in salads.
